Casa del Sole with lake view

An old house of great charm. The signs of time are compensated by the large sunny terrace in front of the lake, the breathtaking view that loses endlessly. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, two rooms and a free environment dedicated to yoga and music. The four bedrooms on the first floor all overlook the lake. Adjacent to the house, there is free parking; it is possible to park in the garden only cars of not excessive weight. 6 nights. The space The house has four large bedrooms on the first floor, each with lake views and a balcony. One of the bedrooms is a 'passageway', typical of traditional Piedmontese houses with railings, and is therefore more suitable for children or people who are not too demanding in terms of privacy. The rooms on the ground floor are open to the garden and face the lake, with large ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The house is located at the beginning of a very small, typical village of Lake Maggiore, with narrow pedestrian streets and dense dense stone houses; there are no shops in the village, but only a social club that offers bar and restaurant service. Guest access The entire garden is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note The house is very old, furnished mainly with the original antique furniture. Special attention is required in that regard. The "pool" is very small but charming. Please take a good look at the images, and it is open from June to September. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through, which is typical in old Piedmontese houses with railings, and is therefore more suitable for children. The accommodation has a border wall shared with another residential unit and the third floor, although with a separate entrance, is inhabited. The level of privacy is therefore great but not total.
