Whether you’re an avid biker or prefer leisurely walks, this community is perfect for both. You may use either of the 2 pools in the neighborhood, but you have easy access to one just a few steps away from your backyard. But that’s not all! The amenities of this neighborhood extend beyond the pool. Imagine playing tennis or pickleball on one of the two courts, shooting hoops, or fishing and relaxing by the small lake and park. We provide four pickleball rackets and balls, as well as a basketball for some friendly competition. For nature enthusiasts, a trailhead to Point Washington State Forest awaits, offering miles of scenic hiking trails. Guests receive codes granting access to all the amenities, which are conveniently located within a short walk from the house. This quiet neighborhood is a blend of permanent residents and rental homes, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. NOTE: during peak season, spring break and summer vacation, we have a 7 day minimum day rental. Here are some exciting updates we’ve made to enhance your experience: -Redecoration: Within the past 2 years we have remodeled all 3 bathrooms, from the ground up. - Outdoor Dining Options: Added an outdoor dining set and replaced all outdoor patio furniture - Appliances: installed a quiet Bosch dishwasher. - Replaced the mini fridge in the bunk room - Kitchen Essentials: Replaced all cookware with high-quality Calphalon Tri-ply. Also replaced the silverware, glassware, kitchen gadgets, etc. - Towels and bedding replaced Beach Gear: Get ready for sun and sand! We provide beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler with rollers, and an assortment of beach toys. Backyard Fun: Challenge your friends and family to games like Giant Jenga, cornhole, and ring toss. Plus, we provide 4 pickleball rackets and a basketball for neighborhood play. Inside, find plenty of board games for family fun. Poolside Convenience: The pool is just steps away from the backyard. From there, it’s a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. Along the way, you’ll pass shops, and restaurants. Complimentary Transportation: Your rental includes a 6-person golf cart and 6 bicycles. Explore the neighborhood or cruise along 30A with ease. Bike racks are available at the beach access, and there’s a convenient turnaround if you prefer drop-offs by golf cart or car. Ideal Location: Our neighborhood along 30A is perfectly situated. You’ll find an array of restaurants nearby, including Brozini’s Pizza, The Perfect Pig, and Dough Sea Dough Donut shop (perfect for lattes and breakfast!). For fine dining, head to Cafe 30a or The Surfing Deer, just 5 minutes away. Explore Further: Take a bike or the golf cart to Seaside, where charming boutiques, eateries, and scenic views await.
