Experience our amazing botanical gardens full of tropical fruits, palms, flowers and wildlife. And of course a guaranteed smile as you float down the pristine Rio Claro from our private trail down to the surf. The space Two bedroom, two bath house, with living area, dining and kitchen, large wrap around patios with hammocks and rocking chairs, private surfboard storage locker, AC, two fiberoptics Wi-Fi networks, good hot water, complete kitchen, Located on five acres of tropical gardens with private river access and abundant jungle wildlife. Electric security gate at entrance to property and amble parking provides a private and safe space that is centrally located in close proximity to town, surf, and river. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, plus 5 acres of tropical fruit and palm gardens. Private river access trail. Other things to note Washer and dryer are located on the property but are not at the house. We include a free laundry service for our Airbnb guests. Also included for guest staying at least seven nights, is a once-a-week cleaning service if desired. We usually have innertubes, boogieboards and a few old surfboards available for guests to use if they wish.
