Private Studio flat in Ditchling

The ideal home from home in a unique village surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our modern & bright studio flat comfortably accommodates two people with a double bed, cosy lounge area, wifi, well equipped kitchen and spacious wet room style bathroom. Ideally situated close to the centre of the stunningly beautiful village of Ditchling. The space Our open plan first floor studio flat comfortably accommodates two adults with a double bed (memory foam mattress & feather duvet), sofa, TV, wifi, well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave and wet room style bathroom. The flat is accessed via your own front door and a staircase. You have a designated parking space in our drive. Guests will be provided with fluffy towels, bedding, hair drier, tea and coffee (instant), pint of milk, local free range eggs and condiments. As well as essentials such as loo roll, shampoo, kitchen roll washing up liquid etc. There is also an iron & small ironing board. A mid week towel change can be arranged on request. (Clothes washer/drier not in the unit but available for a small charge) For longer stays we will arrange a mid stay cleaner for an additional charge. Babies are welcome but you will need to bring your own cot etc. The flat is not suitable for small children as there is no stair gate. To limit our impact on the environment we provide milk in glass bottles, refill our washing up liquid and hand soap using environmentally friendly products. We have changed most of our lighting to energy efficient LED bulbs. We encourage you to recycle. A compost caddy is also provided. There is an OS walking map and several interesting books about the area. There are board games and puzzles and a small TV should you decide to stay in. A later checkout is sometimes possible on request. Guest access You have your own private front door. The studio flat is accessed via a staircase. There is a gravel drive and off road parking available for ONE car. Other things to note The flat is accessed via an open staircase therefore not suitable for young children. Wet room with shower, toilet and sink.
