Easy access to The County and 401. The space One or two people. Two Queen beds, AC, desk, armchairs and large closet. Usually private bathroom, the sink, vanity and toilet are private. Host is rarely there in winter, may need access to the shower if around. Super clean and respectful. Am typically there 1 or 2 nights a month in winter. Friend in upstairs suite can help you out when I’m working away. Full modern kitchen w all the usual appliances: food storage space, fridge, pots pans dishes, spices, herbs available for you to use. Plenty of storage, plenty of room. Guest access Gardens, about 3/4 acre of green space. Beautiful covered deck, vines, lighting, relaxing daytime or evening, outdoor wifi. Barbecue any time, just clean up afterwards : ) Beautiful living room and kitchen. There’s also a desk and armchairs in your room, so it doubles up as a private study or writing space, some people come for a retreat to write or study. During your stay I am happy to respect your privacy or to socialise. During the academic year I am not often at the house, but can be messaged rapidly if you need anything. Other things to note Shorter stays welcome Minimum 3 nights off peak (weekends 3 nights) up to 4 weeks.
