We are pleased to welcome you to our villa, where you can have a peaceful and healthy holiday with the islands, sea and nature views, the market that serves the houses, the Şok market and the a101, which are 7 km away from the North Aegean star Çandarlı, with umbrella distances arranged in accordance with the covid-19 measures, with the beach and playgrounds where no one is allowed except the residents of the site. The space Our villa, located in the Çandarlı Ilkyankı site, which you can easily reach from the center of Izmir using the ring road, is 7 km from the center of Çandarlı and 19 km from Dikili. Guest access Our villa-type summer house consists of 3 floors and has an interior space with 2 single beds on the top floor, an area opening to the terrace with a kitchen and living room on the middle floor, and a large bathroom, toilet and 2 double rooms on the lower floor. Our guests have access to a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machines, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, barbecue on the terrace, bathtub, air conditioning, LED TV, all white goods, water heater, oven, stove, etc. as shown in the photos. Other things to note There is a semi-olympic swimming pool, cafeteria, site market, a101, and Şok markets in our site. We have free gazebos, umbrellas and sunbeds on our private beach.
