Vacation home on Lake Winnipesaukee

My place is located on the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. You’ll love the wide variety of water and mountain activities. It is a perfect spot for families (with kids) and a relaxing vacation for anyone! There are so many activities in the area, but we generally like to stay close to home enjoying the Lake and fun family games. A dock slip can be made available for an extra chaerge. The space I have a VERY strict no smoking or vaping any substance in the house or anywhere on the property. Any violators will be required to pay all damages. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub. One bedroom has a twin bed and bunkbeds, the other room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a full size bed. There is a second bathroom with shower downstairs. Other things to note A dock slip can be made available with prior arrangements and additional payment. Boats must be less than 26 feet and not weigh more than 5000 lb dry weight.
