The villa is build in two levels, surrounding the villa there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas, as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. The space The house is part of a small complex of four villas. While having the security of three other neighbouring houses, it is situated in an isolated location ideal for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful environment. The villa is build in two levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a second living room-open bedroom (two single built-in brick beds with real matresses, isolated from the rest of the space with curtains). The first floor has one en-suite bedroom (one built-in brick double bed) with fireplace, a double room (two single built-in brick beds) and a bathroom (with shower). In this floor there is also a little storage room where you can find the laundry machine, a large freezer, hoover etc. Windows and screens from both bedrooms lead to a private sheltered veranda giving wonderful views over the seafront. Surrounding the villa, there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing. In front of the house, only a couple of steps down the cliff, there are little spots on the coast and beaches for those who enjoy swimming in privacy, snorkelling or diving.
