Cosy and quiet apartment in Ludwigsburg

Equipped with a charming mix of modern and retro style - ideal for vacationer and business people. 3 minutes to public transport to the Airport STR, main station and fair. It's the ideal location to visit the famous baroque castle of Ludwigsburg and other points of interest. Or just relax! The space WELCOME to Ludwigsburg - to a very nice and quiet place for 2 - 3 people. The Boho-style apartment offers you - a spacious guest room with a kingsize bed, seating-accomodation, TV - a smaller guest room with a single bed, wardrobe, piano - a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee and tea, salt and pepper, no food) - a bathroom with a bath tube/shower and WC - laundry with 2 washing machines and dryer if you stay more than a week - a place in the garden with BBQ See our new virtual tour in the pictures! From the living room you have a wonderful view in the garden, there is a king-size bed with new mattresses and a very comfortable and stylish armchair. Bedclothes are available. The second guest room can be used by a third person. Only the table in the kitchen is a little bit small for 3 people. In summer when the weather is fine you can sit outside in the garden. In the bathroom you find towels, shampoo and a hair-dryer. There is a lot of space for your personal belongings. The kitchen contains a stove with a ceramic stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and a sonny dining table. You can only use the washing machine in the basement if you stay more than a week. Everything has been tastefully redecorated in the last year. There is a WI-FI access available. The house is very quiet situated, surrounded by our garden where you have your own seating-accomodation. Guest access The apartment has its own access and its own bell. The apartment on the ground floor is entirely independant. Other things to note Easy access while on ground floor. But no wheel chairs possible. We have two little dogs in our apartment above. Therefore we cannot accept other pets.
