Welcome to "Shine Valley," your home away from your home located in Brother's Cove. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath and 2 pullout sofas sleeps 10 guests. The space Get ready to relax and enjoy your stay in the Great Smoky Mountains at Shine Valley in Brother’s Cove. This three bedroom, three bath cabin sleeps up to ten guests (two pull out sofa’s), making it perfect for your next family vacation. The beauty of a vacation in the Smokies can only be enhanced by it’s remote location and solitude! Therefore please be advised that the WIFI in this area is unstable. First floor: The spacious living room includes a stone-stacked gas fireplace, cozy seating with a sleeper sofa, floor to ceiling Windows and a Smart TV (streaming only). Enjoy home cooked meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig and state of the art appliances. Gather the whole family around the six-person dining room table and the additional counter/bar top seating. Laundry is located off the kitchen in the closet and is there to use but detergent and dryer sheets are not provided. On this floor is the master bedroom complete with a King size bed, ensuite bathroom, jetted tub, Smart TV(streaming only), and gas fireplace. All bedrooms are individually temperature controlled so that everyone can sleep comfortably. Out on the spacious deck, guests can enjoy the gas grill for cooking dinners, unwinding in the hot tub, sitting back on the porch swing or rocking in the rockers looking out at the amazing views. Second floor: The loft has a Smart TV(streaming only), foosball table, and lots of board games to choose from. Perfect area for evening entertainment. There is as well an additional sleeper sofa and a small desk/work space. You’ll find another King-sized bedroom on this floor offering a gas fireplace, Smart TV(streaming only), deck access and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub. Third floor: The final bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and access to a third deck with area to sit and enjoy the views. Guests have access to the resort’s seasonal community pool. The hours for the pool are 9:00AM to 9:00PM. We apologize for any inconvenience, but pets are not accommodated. Please no smoking allowed and no parties (be respectful of neighbors for some this is their year round residency). **Trash please leave in outside trash cage, cleaners will pick it up, we do have lots of bears and other critters around so please do not leave outside of trash cage- Thank you in advance! Guest access Guests will need a vehicle and there is private parking with the cabin Other things to note Just so guests know we supply as a starter 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom (there are 3), dish soap (extra under sink), a roll of paper towels, and a few trash bags. Also provided is a couple k-cups for Keurig, regular ground coffee filters, travel size shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom. If you go through all of that it is the guests responsibility to purchase more for the rest of their stay. Also we do not provide firewood. The cabin is located in the mountains, sometimes you will come across bugs. We regularly have pest control and cabins are cleaned very well but sometimes they get in. We will not refund if you come across a few bugs Utilities may be affected by mountain weather and are beyond our control, refunds are not issued for temporary outages
