The space The unique private garden of the Old Venetian manor is an oasis in the historic town of Chania. Many palm varieties and exotic plants create the sense of being in a small romantic paradise. Sunbath in the garden to enjoy a book or gaze at the stars and relax with a cocktail! The two-level manor is renovated with aesthetics and comfort and combines all the modern facilities with the old style of the house. Entering the low level of the manor, we can first meet a large, shaded patio with a white pergola the Pool, and the Jacuzzi hot tub facing the garden, giving the relaxation we all seek in our holidays. A full bathroom with a shower serves the patio of the villa. The open-plan space features a spacious kitchen, fully equipped with brand-new appliances, where you can practice your cooking skills and be the Master chef of your friends and family! A big dining table awaits you in the middle of the room, ready to serve all the guests at the lunch meeting time of the day. The two comfortable sofas of the living room with the HD Smart TV will be a break of relaxation in the middle of the day! The level features a second living room with a comfortable sofa, for guests who like the isolation from the other party! A small WC room with a shower will be perfect for the guests living on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the ground floor with queen size beds and the super comfortable anatomic mattresses and all the comforts a bedroom should have will promise you sweet dreams and relaxing nights! There is also a third bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and the same bathroom has entrance also and from living room if you want. All areas of the ground floor, including bedrooms and patio in the garden, are fully air-conditioned, ensuring cooling moments at any time of the season you may visit us. Ascending glorious stair steps lead to the second level of the manor with the three cozy bedrooms, fully furnished and equipped with air-conditioning system. There is the Master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shared bathroom, and TV, the second bedroom with a double bed, and the third bedroom with one single bed. All bedrooms have super comfortable anatomic mattresses. The full bathroom upstairs has a shower for the comfort of all guests. The highlight of the house is the exclusive private garden with grass and a patio between the house and the garden.
