Welcome to your home away from home! Our cozy house is the perfect retreat for families who want to create unforgettable memories. It offers spacious areas to relax and enjoy time together, plus a convenient location close to top entertainment spots. It’s the ideal starting point for your next family adventure. The space Enjoy a space designed for comfort and family fun. Family dining: A large kitchen table, perfect for sharing home-cooked meals and planning the day’s activities. Indoor play area: A special corner with board games, puzzles, and toys for children. We also have a pool table and domino table for adults. Garden or patio: A spacious area to enjoy the outdoors. It is not fully fenced, so children must always be supervised. You can enjoy nature and some seasonal fruits. Basement or lower level: A safe area for children to play while adults relax on the hammock or chairs. Fully equipped kitchen: Includes a coffee maker, blender, and utensils for children, making you feel at home. Bedrooms: Three bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Bathroom: Fully equipped with hot water. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire house and its amenities. In the yard, you’ll find seasonal fruit trees, whose fruits you are welcome to enjoy. You can set up the hammock and chairs under these trees to relax and connect with nature. Other things to note Safety first: We have taken measures to make our space safe for children: Always close the door leading to the lower level. Keep the garage door closed at all times. Close all doors and gates when you are not at home. The wooden front gate must always remain closed. Water use: Water bills are up to date, but we are not responsible if the service is unavailable at any time. Water is for bathroom use, washing dishes, and showers only. On the lower level, there are two blue tanks with NON-potable water (not for drinking or cooking). Electricity use: The property has solar panels and backup batteries, so electricity is available even during an outage. To ensure backup power lasts as long as possible, please use appliances and devices moderately. The system is automatic, so you don’t need to do anything. The fridge, main lights, and low-consumption devices will continue to work. Important: Do NOT use hot water or air conditioners. During your stay: We provide towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Extra bed linens are available if needed.
