Welcome to your home away from home! Our cozy home is the ideal retreat for families looking to create unforgettable memories. With ample space for everyone to relax and have fun, and a strategic location near the best entertainment venues, this is the perfect base for your next family adventure. The space Enter an environment designed for family comfort and joy. Family Dining Room: A large table in the kitchen where everyone can enjoy home-cooked meals and plan the day's activities. Indoor Play Area: We've equipped a special corner with board games, puzzles, or toys for the little ones, ensuring the entertainment continues even inside. A pool table, dominoes table, and more are available for the adults. A garden or patio that isn't completely fenced: The perfect place for children to run and play, always supervised by adults. Enjoy a spacious space! Enjoy nature and enjoy some seasonal fruits. Basement or lower level: The perfect place for children to run and play safely while the adults relax in the hammock or chairs located in the area! Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite dishes without complications. We have a coffee maker, blender, children's utensils, etc. so you can feel at home in your own kitchen. Three bedrooms with double beds. Each room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A fully equipped bathroom with hot water. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire house and its amenities. We have seasonal fruit trees in the yard. You can enjoy these fruits. You can place the hammock and chairs under these trees and enjoy nature. Other things to note Safety First: We have taken measures to ensure our space is safe for children. Always close the door leading to the lower level and keep the garage door closed at all times. Also, close all doors and gates when you are not home. The wooden entrance gate is also kept locked. Water: Water bills are up to date. We are not responsible if the service is unavailable at any time. For bathroom use, washing dishes, and bathing. We have two blue water tanks on the lower level, with non-potable water (no drinking or cooking). Electricity: Our property has a solar panel system and backup batteries that allow us to continue having electricity during a power outage. To ensure the backup power lasts as long as possible, please use essential appliances and devices sparingly. The system is automatic, so you don't need to do anything. The refrigerator, main lights, and low-power appliances will continue to work. Please note that hot water and air conditioning are NOT available. During your stay: We provide towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We also provide extra sheets for the beds if needed.
