The heart of the apartment is the bright living room with open kitchen and adjoining outdoor terrace with beach chair and seating furniture - perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening. The house is located on a 7000 m² property with meadows, old trees, shrubs and flower beds. Here you will find plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy: Barbecue facilities and cozy seating areas Play areas for children with swing and climbing poles A sauna for common use (by arrangement). The apartments on the ground floor have their own terraces, while the apartments on the upper floor can use spacious seating areas on the property. The beach is only about 1 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot – ideal for a walk by the sea or a spontaneous jump into the water. Guest access The following areas are available to guests: - Adjacent outdoor terrace with beach chair - Garden with seating - Grill place - Sauna in the garden (can be used by arrangement) Other things to note The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee and with the agreement of the caretaker couple.
