Charming, quiet attic apartment. Smart TV Bath/shower, kitchenette, living and sleeping area in one room. 1 bed and a sofa to pull out (140 x 200) Street parking options, right in front of our house. Buses, train station and taxis are nearby (about 800 m) Downtown 1.8 km Supermarkets, gas station about 2.1 km, by car (about 5 min) ■Dear guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment.■ The space Our attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the second floor with an intercom system. In our apartment there is a separate bathroom with shower, hairdryer and a beautiful view of the sky or starry sky. :-) Directly at the entrance on the right is the kitchenette, equipped with a kitchen cart in which there is sufficient cutlery and kitchen utensils in the drawer, as well as a cutting board. Also included are sufficient bowls, measuring cups, lemon squeezer. To the left of the single kitchen, on the shelf there is enough dishes (plates, cups, glasses, pans) The pots have found their place in the cabinet below the single kitchen, which is equipped with two hotplates. I know that waste separation is becoming a science in Germany! We have garbage separators especially for plastic, residual waste, bio, glass and paper. • Spices such as salt, pepper, curry, paprika are available. • We also provide you with a kitchen sponge, dishwashing brush, dishwashing detergent and drying cloth. The living room includes sleeping places for two people. A bed and the sofa with the possibility of pulling it out, with a sleeping area of 1.40 meters. Opposite the bed is the TV, including a closet with lots of storage space. Below the large window for you is a table with two chairs where you can enjoy your delicious, home-cooked food. You have a separate entrance and the attic apartment is on the second floor. There, too, you are completely independent and in the apartment you will also find an intercom system.
