The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15. The space Guest room, bathroom and kitchen are exclusively for your use and lockable, so you can completely withdraw if you want. In the room you have TV, a compact system and free WiFi. The modern box spring bed is 1.80 x 2.00 m and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, e.g. ceramic stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Guest access Loading and unloading can be done directly at the house. There is then sufficient parking behind the house in the immediate vicinity of the property. There is also a sports field and a playground with a zip line, seesaw, swing and table tennis table. The house has a garden with 1300 square meters, whose seating and sunbathing facilities, as well as a grill and fireplace can be used. Garden pavilion and a small terrace with seating and sunbathing options invite you to breakfast in the sunshine as well as to relax in the evening outdoors. The use of the washing machine is possible by prior arrangement for a fee of €2.50. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are not allowed. Depending on the season and offer, you can harvest fresh organic herbs for the preparation of your meals in our garden yourself. You are also welcome to receive fruit or vegetables from our organic garden for immediate consumption. Just ask us which fruits are ripe. You can buy organic eggs at the neighboring farm. The nearest shops are in Augustusburg and Flöha. The city of Augustusburg charges a tourist tax of €1 per person per day (reduced €0.50), which is payable in cash on arrival. Recently, there has been a small mouse catcher in our house again. Tomcat Eddie can enter and leave through the cat flap in the house. If you don't want him in the room, just keep your doors closed ;-)
