The 45m² apartment has an inviting bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, as well as a bathroom and living room with sofa bed. For a small fee, the “Mein Speicher-Platz” vacation apartment offers you the use of your own wallbox (11 kW) directly at your car parking space to recharge your electric car quickly and conveniently. Further information can be found in the guest folder in the apartment. In a quiet location on the yacht harbor with a direct view of the water, the accommodation offers the ideal conditions for weekend relaxation or a long-term vacation on the Baltic Sea coast. The desk in the apartment also offers plenty of space to work. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date. If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the accommodation price Please note that the new development of the Barther Hafenquartier will be completed by mid-2024.
