Oak Leaf Mews Apartment - bright, airy and private

Located six miles from the centre of Lincoln, Oak Leaf Mews offers unique private accommodation, electric gate access and a private garden area. A bus stop is situated 100 metres away, whilst the supermarket and choice of pubs and eateries are just a few minutes walk. Guests can request a superking or two single beds. There is also a temperature controlled air cooler. For your entertainment we provide WiFi, Alexa and Chromecast TV. Check out our guidebook for local popular attractions. The space Set back from the road, entry to this private stand alone property is through your own private door at the top of an external spiral staircase. Internally the accommodation is designed to provide a light and airy space for guests to stay. Whilst cleanliness is top of our priority list, we want our guests to enjoy the cosy, but spacious feel of our rooms. Our guests describe it as being a 'home from home'. Free parking at the property. The bedroom offers a choice of a comfortable superking bed, or two comfortable single beds, plus built in wardrobes and shelving, where you will find your fresh towels and complimentary slippers. You can relax in the lounge area, where you can watch a selection of DVDs or select from the varied choice available through Google Chrome. You will also find the temerature controlled cool air tower, which can be operated remotely. The kitchen includes an electric hob, large combi microwave, air fryer, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and cafeteria, plus all the usual cooking and dining equipment you would expect to find. For your arrival we provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar/sweeteners, milk and treats. You can choose to eat at the breakfast bar, which overlooks the various trees or at the extendable pine dining table. For our working guests we have an executive chair for comfortable remote working. The bathroom consists of an electirc shower, washbasin and toilet. You will find hand-wash, body-wash, shampoo and conditioner and spare toilet roll as well as a laundry bag and cupboard space for your your own toiletries. We also provide an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Outside you have your own private gated garden area, where you can sit in the shade or the sun and relax listening to the gentle sound of the water falling into the small pond. Guest access The accommodation is accessed by an external spiral staircase. This may not be suitable if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Guests have their own private rear garden area next to the accommodation. Take time out in the shade of the trees or bask in the sun, listening to the water trickling into the wildlife pond. Other things to note Cycles can be stored in the secure storage area on request. External electric plug sockets are available for car charging at a pre- agreed overnight rate. The bus stop for the local bus, which takes you into Lincoln city centre, is 100 metres from the accommodation and runs regularly at a cost of £3 per person. The Hykeham train station is just one mile away. Car parking at the station is free.
