Our beautifully restored villa is located in the middle of the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region, on the outskirts of the "Natural Park of the Haut-languedoc". Our guest house, called “gîte” in French, is located less than 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea and less than 20km from the l'espinouse mountains, in the village of Laurens. A quiet wine village in the middle of the vineyards. From here you have the opportunity to discover our region with all its attractions. By car, by bicycle, on foot,... The space Design The house includes: Entrance hall; fully installed open kitchen; dining room; salon with TV , three bedroom, one with dressing and private bathroom with shower and fixed sink; storage space with washing machine, extra bathroom with shower and fixed sink; separate toilet; and terraces. All rooms are A/C. Furnishings rooms: ·All rooms have a double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and A/C Kitchen decor: ·Microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge with small freezer, hood, dishwasher, plenty of glass and crockery, electric kitchen utensils. Terraces: There are 3 terraces at the house. A small terrace with seating area where you can take the aperitif for example. A medium sized terrace with loungers to enjoy the vacation to the fullest. And a big terrace with dining table and chairs, to strengthen the inner person, or to just be together and enjoy a good glass of wine… The small and the big terrace both have an electric sun canopy. Swimming pool: For those who are looking for some cooling, there is a beautiful big swimming pool available. The sun terrace is completely surrounded by a lock with security that makes it completely child safe. In the terrace you will also find sunbeds and beach chairs. Parking : There is plenty of room to park 2 cars (carport).
