Traditional stone cottage family friendly

This charming stone house Lucija is situated in the middle of Dalmatia county, between Split and Makarska. House was build originally in year 1918 but it was completely renovated in 2009 using natural materials but the original stone was well preserved. This is typical Dalmatian traditional house. It is situated below hill and has a beautiful view on the Adriatic sea and island Brac. The private path will take you to the pebble beach which is suitable for smallest children as the sea is very clean. There are two spacious floors with 104 square meters. The first floor consist of a living room and fully equipped kitchen made from brick and granite. The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 person and it has 2 bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned. In front of the house there is a big terrace with barbecue. While lying by the heated swimming pool (22m2) you can enjoy in pine trees fragrances and peaceful view. There are two parking spots, one in front of the house, the other one is above the beach on the main road. Don't forget, you are only 40 minutes away from Split.
