Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, cinema, gym, banks, etc. are within walking distance. On the ground floor of the boarding house, you can get from the spacious entrance area to the shared kitchen with dining area, the guest toilet and the largest room, the GREEN room, with its own terrace and separate bathroom. On the 1st floor are the remaining three rooms and the associated shared bathroom. The room ORANGE can be booked for a maximum of one person, the room BLUE, with its own balcony, for a maximum of three people and the room RED can be booked for a maximum of two people. All rooms are spacious and modernly equipped. The shared bathroom offers enough space for all BoardingHouse guests with a bath, shower and a double washbasin. The operators, the sibling trio Nicole, Stefan and Josef Schwarzbauer, have been successfully running the boarding house since 2017 and are looking forward to new contacts and satisfied guests and tenants.
