Cozy and comfy with great light exposure.. 1 bedroom apartment decor is earthy tones and warm traditional feeling of a homey atmosphere in the country setting, private property and private entrance. Bathroom has Italian tile with Italian accents, outdoor patio sit under the grapevine and drink your morning coffee on your own little deck. It has an old school Italian villa flavor. The space My place is private and cozy an Inlaw apartment in a houseThe Hudson Valley is absolutely beautiful spectacular views Fishkill Farms is right up the street and there’s plenty to see a short drive to the Hudson River, Beacon cold Springs and enjoy the river views.I’m also close to Patterson New York about a 15,20 minute drive Beacon is about 15 minutes drive Coldsprings about 15 minute drive Walkill is about a 30 minute drive to Newburgh is about a 15 minute drive Warwick is about a 40 minute drive All depending on traffic there’s plenty of antique shops restaurants plenty of shopping. There is a pet fee and a pool fee please inquire. Pool is seasonal. Guest access Please read house rules. Pool fee, pet fee, parking off sides of driveway on gravel. Pool is seasonal and the pool hours are 10am to 7pm backyard is shared space please be mindful other guests. There are three other units. Please pick up after your dog. Other things to note Pet fees depending on how many and what kind of dog and how long the stay. A pool fee for pool use pay prior arrival no SMOKING in apartment please read house rules. No pets are allowed in a pool area no smoking in pool area no glass please pick up after your dog. Please turn off the lights when you’re not in the apartment. We are a green friendly stay please be mindful of your space outside. Please keep it tidy. Absolutely no space heaters of any sort automatic termination of stay
