Everything your heart desires is in this apartment for your well-being! The kitchen is fully equipped, even for baking and cooking! The space ATTENTION!!! Pets have an extra fee, due to the increased cleaning effort (allergy-compliant for the next guests) and wear and tear. DOGS must be leashed! You have 1 separate bedroom with super slatted frames and 7-zone cold foam mattresses 180 × 200, an additional sofa bed with 160 × 200 and a height-adjustable children's/baby bed with bars that are removable. A workplace is also included. You can shop directly opposite at Rewe, which is open until 10:00 pm. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the bathrooms. If interested, we can also rent you bicycles. At Boote Caputh you can rent motor boats. I rent bicycles for €10/day and paddleboards for €10/hour or €30/day. There is plenty to do! ATTENTION: Unfortunately, we have to pay a tourist tax of 1 euro/day/person. This is not included in this price. It is paid on site. Since Schwielowsee is an official health resort, this money goes to the Tourist Board, which organizes great events for you and promotes local tourism. You will receive a receipt for this, which allows many free tourist offers. For example, free bus rides on the 607 bus. I charge €10 per person for TOWELS & LINENS from October to March. During the summer months, it is included. ATTENTION: The stairs are very steep. This apartment is not for people who have difficulty walking. In the apartment there are small steps, which are marked with a light strip that also lights up at night. NOISE: From 9:00 am, daycare children come to the opposite playground a few times a day, so it can get a little louder for half an hour during school time. Car traffic is barely audible in the apartment and in the garden, as the property has a quiet courtyard and sound-insulated windows from Velux. In the evening from 10:00 pm no car drives in the small village, so you can sleep quietly with the window open!
