My place is about 15 to 20 minutes to restaurants and family-friendly activities in Salida. We are about 30 minutes to Mount Princeton Hot Springs and 30 minutes to Monarch Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We also have a propane grill for you to use. The space Our property backs up to National Forest with miles and miles of trails. We have one bedroom that is private with a queen bed and the loft is about 5 feet high with two twin beds. The loft overlooks the living room downstairs. Guest access You will have access to a fire pit and many trails for hiking. Other things to note We have a fully stocked kitchen and a propane grill outside. I do allow up to two dogs only (I’m allergic to cats!). I charge $25 per pet per stay upon approval. Please keep your dogs on a leash and do not leave them unattended in the house. Thank you!
