Gîte à la Campagne "beauregard" à LA Fleche

On the outskirts of the town of LA FLECHE. The house is located in the heart of the Loir Valley, surrounded by forest trails, bike paths, the Lac de la Monnerie recreational area, the Prytanée National Militaire, and, of course, the legendary La Flèche Zoo. It’s next to the Cré-sur-Loir Marsh nature reserve and numerous fishing spots. Situated at the crossroads of the châteaux of Le Lude and Durtal, and just a short drive from the châteaux of the Loire Valley, this location promises a pleasant stay. With a floor area of 90 m², the house features 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and a TV), a kitchen (fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher), a large dining room, a living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom is available for stays with up to 6 people. Free Wi-Fi, TVs, a barbecue, patio furniture, and a decorative fireplace (available from November 1 through April 1). A washing machine is at your disposal. The price includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating, firewood). Sheets and/or towels are provided upon request (for a fee). The house is equipped with everything needed to accommodate young children. The house features a courtyard, a private enclosed garden (approximately 1,000 m²), and farm animals (sheep and chickens) to delight both children and adults. Pets are therefore welcome. The house is located just a 2-hour drive from Paris and 2 hours from Nantes (A11). La Flèche has an SNCF train station and a bike-sharing station. The house is located along a country road connecting La Flèche to Fougeré, allowing you to easily reach downtown La Flèche. Minimum 2-night stay. Free Wi-Fi. Free for children under 3 years old. Bed linens package available: 10€ per bed (bed made upon arrival) per stay.
