This five bedroom home is a place to unwind. Adults will love the garden which looks over a beautiful valley of fields and woods, and children will love adventures in the wild orchard. From the garden there is not a house in sight, alhough the house is on the edge of a pretty village, with two fantastic pubs with walking and bike trails to explore . Several outdoor seating areas provide places to relax and enjoy the wild garden, and inside is wonderfully cosy with stacks of books and games The space The cottage is in the most beautiful location, nestled in rolling farmland on the edge of the South Downs National Park. it is a very comfortable family home, with plenty of space to cook, eat and unwind. We have lots of board games and a vast array of books, for children and grown ups,(novels, reference and cooking) that we would love to share with you but ask you to look after please. the garden has several different areas within it: A wild untamed orchard where the treehouse is hidden, and a lawn area that stretches down from the house to the farmland at the bottom of the garden. It is loosely fenced but not secure for wandering children or dogs!. There are various seating areas, and a buoy hanging in the tree to swing on. There is a treehouse in the garden but sadly it needs the floors replacing so is not safe to go on at the moment.
