Paradise on earth! The house is next to a crystal clear lake, its water soft like velvet and so clean you can drink it while swimming. Total privacy & complete silence. Abundant wild life protected by Natura 2000. You might encounter moose, deer, wild boar, badger, mole & a great variety of birds. In the surrounding forest you will also find mushrooms, wild strawberries, lingonberries & blueberries. In the garden feel free to enjoy all the black currante & raspberries. The space - Not rented per night, only rented for 7 days or more, and from Sunday to Sunday. -Not available during winter months, as there is no heating. -The surface of the house is 110 square meters divided on two floors. - Ground floor: · Hall. · Living room with open fire place. · Kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric stove with oven, sink; hot and cold water & a 1880’s iron stove. Table for 6 people. - Upstairs: · Master bedroom with queen size bed. · Bedroom with 2 single beds. · Bedroom with 1 single bed. (One has to walk through both bedrooms to get to the master bedroom. - Small guesthouse with 2 single beds. - Dry toilette (outhouse) located 100 meters from the house. Guest access Complete access to the entire house and property. Other things to note As this is my private paradise I hope guests will apreciate it as much as I do, take well care of it and have a very enjoyable and relaxing time far away from the maddening crowd.
