Located halfway between Jerusalem & Tel Aviv, the unit was recently redone and includes a great bed and new furnishings. Opposite a lovely park and near the Titora Hill, it's easily accessible via a private, street-level entrance. Located in Modi'in's top neighborhood, its a 5-minute walk to Malibu's shopping center - grocery and eateries - and local/intercity bus stops. The unit is a 15-20 minute walk to the city's mall and train station, with easy access to the airport. Safe room in unit. The space Safe room included!! The bedroom includes a single trundle bed that can be turned into a king-sized bed. The unit is perfect for one person but can also sleep two. The kitchenette is dairy/vegetarian. Brand new Air Conditioning/Heating unit with a fresh coat of paint. We have a flat screen TV with local television stations and Netflix. Please note that when hosting two guests, there is very limited extra space in the bedroom. Guests with mobility issues may have experience difficulty getting in and out of bed with the limited space next to the bed. Two adults would be most comfortable here when touring or visiting family during the day, and returning for a comfortable, quiet place to shower and rest for the night. Other things to note Safe room within unit. Please note that for guests staying in Modiin without a car, there is no public transportation on Saturdays or holidays. Taxi's are readily available. There is a free "Shabbat" bus from Modiin to Tel Aviv and back during the Sabbath, sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. For those planning to work from this space, please note that many cell phones have limited reception. Speaking via wifi (what’s app, FaceTime, zoom) is preferable. The wifi connection is high speed and dedicated to only the rental unit.
