Mine Hill Getaway West Room

This property has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor which can be booked separately or together. The West Room is a sunny yellow, and also has two windows and a good view of the forest. The bathroom is en-suite. Guests may use the salt-water lap pool in the summer months and enjoy the garden. A light breakfast is offered. Note: There is no elevator. There is parking available on the driveway. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The space My home is located near Mine Hill Preserve , great for hiking, the Shepaug River is four minutes away is great for kayaking and there are lots of biking trails. There are many trees surrounding the house, with all kinds of birds, a concert every morning. The flowers roses , daisy, zinnias etc. in the garden attract humming birds and butterfly's. You might see some deer grazing in the meadow from your window.----You are seven miles from New Milford, a movie house, and restaurants . Washington CT. is eight miles away. I built my home fifteen years ago, solar, geothermal, bamboo flooring, it is so comfortable and special. You will enjoy your restful stay here. Guest access Guests have their own designated front entrance for easy access to the second floor. On the landing is a common area used as a yoga space. To either side are the two bedrooms and their respective bathrooms. Other things to note I have two additional house rules in addition to no smoking. Please no eating in the bedrooms, and please do not plan to cook. You make store food in my fridge and use the dining table and any of the outdoor tables by the pool.
