With room for 6 guests, it is the perfect location for families or large groups and is close to everything Carlsbad has to offer including the popular Carlsbad Caverns NP. You will feel instantly right at home when you enter the house with its spacious light-filled rooms and big comfortable beds. No need for a key with a smart keyless entry, just walk in and relax. The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated and features a large king bed with luxuriously soft bedding and plenty of storage space. There is also a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. A fan overhead will keep you cool in summer and there are multiple charging stations to keep your devices running smoothly. Within the second bedroom, you will find another large king bed with a plush headboard and cable tv with access to streaming services. There is plenty of storage space with a walk-in closet and a dresser as well as a beautiful vanity. The third bedroom is perfect for the guest who likes their own space as it has its own ensuite bathroom with a full-size shower, a toilet and vanity. And like the other rooms, has its own smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. The main bathroom consists of a second toilet, a step-in shower, a beautifully tiled vanity and also doubles as a laundry where you will find the washing machine and dryer that you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner, all you need to do is bring the food. There is a full-sized fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with gas burner cooktop, a coffee maker and all the pots, pans, tableware and utensils you could need. Step into the dining room to enjoy your meals or why not head outside and enjoy dinner on the outdoor table under the stars. Step into the lounge and relax on the soft leather couch while watching movies on the 55” smart TV and choose from the many DVDs on offer. Or if you like family time there is a selection of board and card games to choose from as well. You will also find a comfy bed for your pet so they can join in on all the fun. Outside there is a great space to enjoy the sunshine with access to a BBQ and an outdoor dining area with an umbrella. The yard is perfect for pets with plenty of space to run around. With most shops, cafes and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes in either direction of the house, everything is close by. The Pecos River runs right through the town where you can rent paddleboards, boats, etc. The ever popular Carlsbad Caverns National Park is just a short half hour drive away and is a must see. Alternatively, you can take the bus with the closest stops only a minutes’ walk from the house. We allow pets but we do not allow them on any of the furniture.
