Magic hut at the heart of Czech

This cottage is located near to Prague. It´s great place to discover many local sights. After demanding days our hut offers a calm place to relax and sport with friends. The village is close to Vltava river, there are few pubs, one restaurant, and store. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the smart house, and the magic garden. My place is good for creative couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).The cottage is newly painted and has new heating. The space My place is close to family-friendly activities located very near to Prague. It´s ideal place to discover all Czech republic sightseeing sites. After demanding days our hut offers a calm place to relax. Also, it´s great place to sport with friends at the close playground. There is no road a front of this place, so the children are very safe. In the house ground floor is main living space with large doors to garden. There is the kitchen, table for six people, sofabed, stoves, etc. On the floor are two bedrooms with low double beds and shelves. Bed in the small bedroom is possible to detach to four matrasses, so it´s possible to make sleeping places on the floor instead of sofa bed on the ground floor. This is the great option for children. Chairs can be blocked by removable Ikea fences on the both sides! Guest access You can use whole house and garden. Parking is in the garden or a front of property, at the death-end street. Other things to note In the winter time, especially under zero temperature is possible to be there, but not 100% comfortable as by the summer. There is insulation in the walls of the hut. We installed new pellets stoves, what can heat up to 24 hours without maintenance, so it´s much more comfortable than last year, but still, the WC is sometimes very cold.. There is the road nearby, (not visible, not close the property) but you can hear the traffic, again nothing special, the speed is 50kmh there. As I know the place I don´t mind, but there was feedback so I want to be clear..
