This is a comfortable studio flatlet which includes a queen sized bed, couch, coffee table, drop down desk, walk-in cupboard, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee, cutlery and crockery. No kitchen sink, but dishes are washed daily. En suite bathroom - shower only. A smart TV with Netflix. It has a dedicated parking space, and a wooden deck overlooking part of the garden. Not wheelchair friendly. We have cats and 3 dogs. Outdoor security cameras monitoring outdoors. Guest access Guests have access to the guest parking area, the apartment and the wooden deck adjoining the apartment. Other things to note There is no kitchen sink, although dishes are washed on request. The kitchenette is suitable to warm up of takeaways in microwave, make toast and have cereal. Kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and crockery and cutlery are available No pots and pans or braai equipment available.
