For more than 8 people, we recommend booking our cozy attic apartment LaMansarda on the same property (in the house next door) for up to 4 guests. So you can also travel with 12 people. Open up to the gable, a lot of daylight falls through the skylights in the Casa Loft and, due to the size of the room, gives a feeling of plenty of space and freedom of movement. The roof walls and transverse open beams are made of real wood and give the Casa Loft its charming character. The lighting ensures cozy living in the evening. The floor is completely covered with wooden planks in warm colors (except the bathroom, which is tiled in white). You can also fire up the beautiful tiled stove on cold days if you want. In summer, a fan provides pleasant freshness. The dining table can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for quiet celebrations! You can easily make the table smaller or larger. All chairs have removable, comfortable seat cushions. 2 high chairs and 1 baby chair can be provided. The sofa area in the living area is quickly transformed into a comfortable bed with an additional mattress topper to 2.20 x 1.30 m for 2 adults or 3-4 small children. That's enough for really big people, too. 2 children or 1 adult can also sleep on the sofa without conversion. 2 people can also sleep on mattresses in the living room or children can still sleep in the bedroom on folding mattresses. We are happy to provide 2 baby travel cribs and a changing mat. In the two bedrooms there are beds with 2 m x 1.60 m size. These have comfortable undivided mattresses and adjustable slatted frames. The duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. There are 8 duvets measuring 1.55 m x 2.20 m, all of which can be varied in summer and winter equipment. The comfortable Mako jersey bedding is by Estella. Both bedrooms can be darkened with electric external blinds, as well as the 4 roof windows, gable windows and a window in the living area. The other windows are equipped with roller blinds so you can make it completely dark. Fly screens are installed in the bedrooms and on both electrically operated gable windows. The spacious bright bathroom with shower has 2 windows. Soft towels and shower towels are available. Children can also take a bath in the shower. Hair shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and toilet paper are available as well as a toilet seat for children and a step to reach the sink. Basic equipment: coffee, filter, tea, sugar, salt, spices, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sunflower oil, oatmeal, flour. The terrace connects directly to the living-kitchen area and is ideal for outdoor sitting and outdoor dining thanks to the large table with 6 chairs and 2 folding chairs (all with seat cushions) and large parasol. Both door leaves to the outside area can be opened. In this small oasis, a very good Weber grill with grill briquettes and firewood is at the disposal of our guests. Strollers or 2 bicycles can be parked outside protected from rain. Sand toys, balance bike, sled can be used. We can give you kitchen herbs, such as basil, chives, sage, in summer on request. Guest access The entrance is from Weiherhofer Hauptstraße next to the bus stop "Weiherhof Ost". It is best to enter Weiherhofer Hauptstr. 64 in the navigation system, then it is only a few meters, right at the bus stop. There is a small yellow flag on the fence. Please ring the bell for Huck, write a message or call. We will give you the keys in person. There are 2 keys available. Short-term parking of the car for check-in and check-out is possible directly on the private property in front of the house. Access and entrance from Weiherhofer Hauptstraße next to the bus stop. Parking in the adjacent streets is easy. Please do not park on Wielandstr., as many vehicles of the residents are already parked there, many exits,... THANKS! Other things to note There are folders in German and English with a lot of information, so you don't have to search for a long time, e.g. bakery, supermarkets, playgrounds (extra map), restaurants, etc. More tourist information can be found in a drawer in the hallway.
