Located in an 18ᵉ century stone building on the Quays of Bordeaux, the Port de la Lune offers all the comfort and authentic charm for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux; with a breathtaking view of the Pont de Pierre, the Place de la Bourse, the quays and the vegetated right bank. Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. The space Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Fully renovated in 2019 and on the 2ᵉ floor, (no lift) the accommodation comprises: - A beautiful living room featuring a flat-screen TV, storage space and a central island serving as an additional work surface and dining table. - A kitchen, opening onto the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and storage space. - A shower room with shower, bathroom sink, hairdryer and toilet. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note - Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - Quality sheets, towels, tea towels and a few coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on arrival. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Wi-Fi included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). To do this, we'll need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
