"Op de Kleijne Hei" 4 - Person room

Our B&B is located in the beautiful village of Well (L). View over the Maas, bordering the Maasduinen nature reserve. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural area with lots of privacy, plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities and nice picnic spots. Here you will find luxury rooms with, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, TV with Netflix, WiFi and sauna. Enjoy our ponies, donkeys, goats, geese, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats. Fun for young and old! The space Welcome to B&B "Op de Kleijne Hei." You will receive your own room and front door key and enjoy your stay can start. It is possible to book the luxury breakfast for €14.00 p.p. per night. This is served in the accommodation, in fine weather, if desired, outside in the garden. We do not know standards... so if you have special requests/wishes, please let us know and we will look at what we can arrange in consultation. In addition to this 4-person room, we also have a luxurious double room for rent. Both rooms can be rented at an adjusted rate (see also our other listing). Guest access Upon arrival, you will receive your own keys for your private entrance and room, so you are not bound by times. You have your own spacious room with various amenities and can freely use the available infrared sauna and luxury bathroom. You can use the many seating areas in the garden around the farm, where breakfast can also be served outside in good weather. In consultation, you can use the fire basket, barbecue, swimming pool, trampoline and other outdoor games. There is also the possibility to book a hot tub package. In the original front house, we live (Jolanda Kleijn, Aad Renalda and their girls (Lisane, Maaike, Manon, Noor and Syl). We are an "everyone can walk in here family" so feel free to walk in and talk to us if you have any questions. In the room, there is a standard phone number that you can reach us on 24 hours a day. Other things to note We do not serve breakfast as standard, but for €14.00 per person there is the possibility to book a luxury breakfast. This is served in the room and in good weather outside in our garden. In addition to this 4-person room, we also rent out a luxury double room.
