Cocoon located in the heart of the Caps de la Côte d'Opale and marshes: Includes a hall, a kitchenette, 1 small bathroom (shower/hand wash (see photo), 1 main room, 1 bedroom, and a separate toilet. The fenced plot is reserved for you (space for 2 vehicles). About 20 minutes from the marshes and the cathedral of Saint-Omer, 30 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from the Rando-rail, 25 minutes from the Helfaut dome/Planetarium, amusement park 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the aquarium/Nausicaa, 35 minutes from Calais, ideal for resting. The space Our accommodation is located in the countryside, in the middle of pretty green landscapes. It was built in 2015 by us. It can accommodate 3 people but there is the possibility of adding a person (preferably a child), according to your needs we will add a fourth bed. Guest access You have access to all areas of the accommodation and its exterior: you have a private entrance and driveway of about 150 m2, fully fenced land. Other things to note Wifi/TV/Billiards: No wifi in the accommodation, but the network is correct if you share a connection from your personal subscription/phone. No specific TV channel. Has a pool table (2 tails and b***s available on request). Sleeping arrangements: Has a double bed with 2 pillows and 2 pillowcases, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet and 1 bedspread. Don't forget the bedding kit for the 1-person chair if needed (190x70cm) for a 3rd person. + Possibility of adding a folding bed on wheels 1 person 190 x 90 cm, And/or a single bed for a child 190 x 90 cm, for a 4th traveler if necessary. And/or 1 small baby bed in the bedroom 150 x 70 cm. (think about laundry for the latter). Reminder: We do not provide towels, do not forget them... Catering: you can consult the binder available on the table of the main room (some addresses are available), it is up to you to contact the establishments to know the opening and closing times. We can provide a mini barbecue upon request. Pet: We accept your pet(s) (please declare it on the Airbnb site): We simply ask that you do not leave them alone in/or outside the accommodation during your absence and take the necessary precautions to avoid damage: the sofas are in faux leather, please protect them, and do not let them get into the bed. (Two pets maximum per trip). Cleaning: it is done by us, however a vacuum cleaner is available in the hall if necessary, an inventory will be made at the end of the stay. Heating: the accommodation has two electric radiators, no radiator in the bathroom: if we find overconsumption (windows open and radiators on...), the corresponding rate will be charged to you. Please turn off the radiators when you leave. Miscellaneous supplies and equipment: a package of coffee, a few pods of sugar, salt, pepper, 4 kitchen towels in the cupboard, cutlery-plates-cups-glasses for 4 people, 2 pots, 2 pans, 1 casserole, 1 salad spinner, you have 2 electric plates in the kitchenette (no possibility of cooking large meals), a mini-oven, a microwave, a coffee maker (coffee filters), a toaster (see equipment description). You will find 1 bottle of shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, household products and equipment, garbage bags, several capsules or gel for the dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner... There is no washing machine (some addresses of laundromats are also available in the binder on the main table). What does not appear in the description above is to be considered “not provided”. Trash: You can drop your garbage bags on our sidewalk, just behind the wooden gate, from Monday evening if your stay has Monday. Otherwise, put them in the garbage cans next to the terrace.
