Beautiful summer cottage on a private road

Large summerhouse with room for 8 Pers in quiet Bork Havn. The house is located at the bottom of a quiet road on a large plot, with a large terrace with many lovely sun-spots. The cottage is within walking distance to both Bork Legeland, beach and shopping opportunities. The cottage contains 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is with spa and sauna. In addition, open kitchen family room and large loft. The summerhouse is part of “Swim&Leg” which provides free access to 6 different swimming pools as well as bowling in Varde. The space 4 spacious rooms with double bed in all the rooms. In addition, there is a cot in one of the rooms. There is also a high chair. Guests in the house must bring their own towels, bed linen and what to use for household. We provide the first bucket of firewood for the wood-burning stove. Guest access The whole house is available. The shed is locked to private. There are a number of fruit trees on the property that guests are welcome to use when the season offers it. Other things to note Cleaning can be purchased for DDK 1250 incl. VAT. Per stay. Make inquiry when booking. If you want to clean yourself, a check fee of DDK 220 is added. Consumption: Water is charged DDK 75 per m3. Electricity is charged DDK 4 per kWh. Consumption will be calculated no later than 14 days after deposit and will be charged through AirBNB for non-Danish guests or on MobilePay for Danish guests. Host attaches photo documentation after departure. Smoking is not allowed in the summerhouse. No youth groups. The home contains a wood-burning stove. The first basket of firewood we provide. The remaining firewood can be purchased in several places in Bork Havn. The house is part of “swim & play” which provides free access to 6 different swimming pools in the area for the house guests.
