Casa Barranqueña is an ideal property for short or long stays. Experience Guanajuato and its Historic Center located 15 minutes away either on foot or by car. Maximum occupancy is 12 people, but if more come, an additional $500 per person per night (including children) will be charged The space The property is located in the southern part of Guanajuato and has magnificent views of Cerro de la Bufa. Access is quite traditional because the access street is unpaved. The property, due to its location and orientation, is very cool in summer and warm in winter. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the master bedroom has A/C. Casa Barranqueña has 5 bedrooms. Only the master bedroom has its own bathroom. Two more rooms share a bathroom and there is an extra bathroom downstairs. In addition, there is a half bathroom in the barbecue area. *Please note that there is no indoor parking. We ask you not to park in front of the neighbors' house. Guest access To access the house, a code will be sent the day before to open the door. This code is unique to your reservation, so it will no longer be active once your stay ends. The house is located near the "La Marina" Shopping Center on Avenida Panorámica de Guanajuato and about 500 meters from the Pípila monument. Remember: Guanajuato is a special place and houses with internal parking are very rare. We remind you that you must park in front of the house, not in front of the neighbors' house. Other things to note We are Petfriendly but we will charge you $350 per pet (one-time charge). The space can be rented for parties (parties are when guests enter outside of the reservation)
