It’s designed just for you, so unfortunately, we can’t accommodate couples. No Overnight Guests: We love a peaceful environment. To keep it that way, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No parties or loud noises, please! No Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. Please step outside if you need to smoke and remember that extra cleaning fees might apply if any smoke odours or stains are detected. No Pork Products: We kindly ask that you don’t bring or cook pork products like bacon or ham in the house. Tidy Up the Kitchen: After enjoying your meal, please wash your dishes. Leaving the kitchen as you found it helps keep the space pleasant for everyone. Clean Washroom After Use: Please leave the washroom clean and dry for the next guest. It’s all about making everyone’s stay more comfortable! Bring Your Own Toiletries: Don’t forget your essentials! Guests are responsible for their own toiletries, including toilet paper and shampoo. Bring Cleaning Supplies: Please remember to bring your own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials. Manage Heating Responsibly: When heading out, please turn off the heating. Let’s keep the warmth where it counts! Hands Off the Boiler: If you experience any issues with the boiler, just let me know. Please don’t adjust it yourself. Sort Your Rubbish: Help us recycle by separating waste into the correct bins. You’ll find the bin collection days posted in the kitchen. Shoes Off Inside: To keep the home clean and cosy, please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack in the kitchen Tidy Up Before Checkout: Before you leave, please clear out all your belongings and take any rubbish with you. This helps avoid any additional cleaning charges. Checkout Time: Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp. We appreciate your understanding! It is important to leave the washroom presentable for the next person My home is nestled in the heart of Bradford, in a lively and diverse neighbourhood that's perfect for exploring the city. I am located on a quiet, residential area offering a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close to all the essentials. You'll find a variety of local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance, catering to all tastes and preferences. The Tesco Supermarket is 2 minutes walking distance and is open for 24 Hours most of the week. Inside the Tesco Is also a Gregg's if you wish to try any pastries or simply have a cup of coffee/tea. Directions We're just a short bus or car ride from Bradford city centre, where you can visit attractions like the National Science and Media Museum, the beautiful Bradford Cathedral, and vibrant markets. The University of Bradford is also nearby, making this a convenient spot for students and visitors alike. For those who enjoy nature, the Lister Park is only a few minutes away, offering lovely green spaces, walking trails, and a scenic boating lake. Additionally, excellent transport links allow you to explore beyond Bradford, with easy access to Leeds, Saltaire, and the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Whether you’re here for business, study, or leisure, our area offers a great mix of convenience, culture, and tranquillity. We look forward to welcoming you! From Bradford City Centre: By Bus: From the city centre, you can take buses like the 576 or 571 heading towards Clayton. Get off at the Great Horton Road/All Saints Road stop, which is about a 10-minute ride. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to Melrose Street. By Taxi: A taxi ride from the city centre will take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Most local taxi services are affordable and easy to find. From Bradford Interchange (Train/Bus Station): By Bus: Take the 576 bus directly from the interchange. It’s about a 15-minute journey to the Great Horton Road/All Saints Road stop. Melrose Street is just a quick 5-minute walk from the bus stop. By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the interchange and will take you to 36 Melrose Street in about 10 minutes. From Leeds Bradford Airport: By Bus and Train: Catch the Flying Tiger 757 bus from the airport to Bradford Forster Square (about a 30-minute ride). From Forster Square, take a short taxi ride (10 minutes) to Melrose Street. By Taxi: Alternatively, a direct taxi from the airport will take about 25-30 minutes. Walking Directions: If you’re walking from the University of Bradford, it’s about a 15–20-minute walk. Head down Great Horton Road, then turn onto All Saints Road, and you’ll find my residential street nearby.
