The guest house is the top floor of our back house. You enter through the back door, and there is a small shower/toilet and kitchenette. The space is 10 by 6 meters, overlooking the Beemster. It's a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus 314 will take you one way to the historic city of Hoorn and the other way to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus ride takes 40 minutes. It is best to buy tickets from Amsterdam Travel Tickets before your visit so that you can use all public transportation. The space Nice and free, you stay on the top floor of our annex. If the weather is nice, you can sit on your own terrace in the back garden by the water. If the weather is nice, you can swim in the Ringvaart canal in the back garden. A supermarket, bakery and butcher are 500 meters from the accommodation. Guest access For guests, the studio is accessible through the barn door. Access is via a code lock. You will receive the code the day before your arrival. There is free parking space in front of the house. During your stay If you have any questions about transportation, or interesting places you might visit, feel free to ask us before or during your stay. In the studio there are two folders with all kinds of information about Amsterdam and the immediate surroundings. Other things to note A family with two children is possible, because the two chairs can be used as beds The stair railings and enclosure are open, so it is not suitable for small children.
