Hagerman Bungalow

The Hagerman Bungalow was built in 2018 and is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center and the park. Only 5 minutes to the river and a less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of parking on site, a nicely landscaped, fenced grassy yard, patio and bbq to enjoy the weather. We've even added solar panels to the property and they provide all the power to the house... our little bit of 'green living'. The space The Bungalow is fully equipped to host you and your family for a comfortable stay in the Hagerman Valley! Whether you are just passing through or visiting for enjoyable outdoor activities available in the area, the bungalow will make you feel like home away from home! Access your Hulu or Netflix accounts on the TV, board games, gas fireplace all for your comfort. Master bedroom and bathroom plus a half bath on the main floor, 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. There is a gas bbq in the backyard. A large concrete driveway and gravel parking in front of the house are available for parking large vehicles. (the garage is not available for use) When booking more than 6 people we will provide sleeping pads with full sets of linens. We also have a pack-n-play with linens available upon request for your littles. Need someplace for more than 6-8 people? We offer the Hagerman Bungalow and Hagerman Cottage that are located right next door to one another. Each house has beds for 6, with the options to sleep 8 for additional fee to supply floor mats with linens. We love our pets, but we limit pets to 2 dogs (no cats, birds, bunnies, hamsters) and we do require a $50 pet fee per reservation for the added clean up that comes along with pets. This is automatically added to your reservation cost when you register your pet with the number of guests. Please review our house manual for further pet information. Guest access Your lock code will be programmed for your stay, from check-in at 3:00pm to check-out at 11:00am. This is a smart lock, you will receive instructions for use of the phone app and a keypad code in your Airbnb messages. You have access to the entire house, with ample parking out front. There is washer and dryer along with detergent for your use in the house. We have all your necessary appliances in the kitchen, along with coffee, cream and sugar; oil and spices. We have a regular drip coffee maker, and provide coffee and filters to get you started. We welcome pets, but ask that they stay off the furniture and that you pick up after them in the yard. We even have food/water dishes and a bed for their use as well. During the garden season you are welcome to the fruit trees and garden produce in the back yard, please only take what you'll eat during your stay. Other things to note If you are staying on Wednesday - Thursday, please roll the garbage can to the curb on Wednesday evening, they come through on Thursday mornings... and roll back to the garage if you're still there.
