Summer villa 70 m2 (4 p + k) with 40m2 terrace. Kitchen, electric radiators, large fireplace and running water, jetty, separate summer room and odorless dry toilet. Extensive lawn and natural forest as well as sea view. A small beach sauna with a large 30 m2 south-facing sun terrace and a hot tub, its use is agreed separately. Family-friendly and cultural activities nearby. A quiet and cozy place. Suitable for families with children, groups or couples, but not for people with reduced mobility. The space The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two separate beds. The living room has a fireplace and TV, the dining area has a large dining table for up to 8 people. Functional kitchen, hot water, but no dishwasher. Several works of art in the yard and indoors. A small sauna and a spacious sun terrace on the beach. Outdoor lighting in both buildings. Guest access The main building, sauna and summer room as well as courtyard areas are available. The use of the hot tub is agreed separately. Other things to note Smoking indoors is not allowed. Sort the garbage and take it to the collection bins by the roadside, do not litter the environment.
