Tranquil small balcony bedroom in an 1856 historic New England style farmhouse. Single divan bed, desk, book case, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, large closet. Minimum stay two nights, available for up to 6 month or longer bookings. Hardwood floor. Wifi. Next to the upper bathroom, off a landing shared with the second bedroom. Host is a retired university professor, and busy author. No smoking inside or out, no drugs or pets. Main kitchen available by special arrangement. The space House of books and trees, a quiet oasis. Guest access Upstairs consists of two private bedrooms(yours and one other) plus a shared bathroom. Downstairs kitchen, living room, rear decks and garden are all available for your use. Washer and dryer are in the basement, available free for one weekly wash. During your stay I love people and am a story-collector.
