Clean & comfortable in Madrona

Simple, clean room in a humble 1906 craftsman home. Close to downtown (1.5 miles), Seattle University, Lake Washington. Walk-friendly area with nearby cafes and shops... a few blocks away. The space One of two bedrooms in the house. I use the other bedroom on occasion, but tend to mostly use the house as a place to work and sleep elsewhere. I am usually there during the day on weekdays. To be clear, this booking is technically a shared space, so I do come and go, but guests can often enjoy much of the house to themselves when I am not there. Please also note that this space is NOT a hotel. While I strive to provide a clean space with amenities to make for a comfortable stay, I cannot guarantee that common areas like sinks, counter tops, the toaster, etc are perfectly clean at every moment because I also use them. Please also note that my carpet, flooring, towels, etc are not brand new and are not in perfect condition. I hope you can live with that. It is a result of a well used, well loved home. Please do not stay here if any of that is an issue for you. I do my best to clean most spaces between guests, but if you have particularly high standards, I would suggest you book a hotel instead. Otherwise, I welcome you to my humble home and I will do my best to make sure you have everything you need. Guest access You'll have full access to the area upstairs...living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom & bathroom. There is also typically plenty of free parking on the street in front of the house. During your stay I work independently so am often travelling for work, or sometimes working from home. If I'm not home, I'm easily reachable via phone/text/e-mail. Other things to note There is a tenant in the basement apartment...a nice and quiet couple, so you probably won't notice them much. Registration details STR-OPLI-19-000680
