This accommodation is perfect for families with children. Located in the heart of nature, near the gorges of Ardeche (Vallon-Pont-d'arc 30 minutes), at the foot of the Coiron plateau, 20 minutes from Aubenas and Montelimar. Shops nearby 10 minutes drive (supermarket, bakery, butcher, tobacco, post office, market, ...). Housing very functional, well equipped. Cot available on request. Closed courtyard and terrace to eat outside and enjoy the outdoors. Barbecue available. We simply rent the ground floor (2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room). The floor is not accessible to rent but it remains uninhabited when the house is rented. Not living on site, arrivals and departures can only be done on Saturdays or Sundays.
