Imperial apartment with great public transport

Spend an unforgettable holiday at our "Heritage Boutique Apartment Katharina" in the center of the imperial city Bad Ischl. Enjoy the historical atmosphere, but also a modern kitchen, bathroom and comfortable bed. The historical house has been lovingly renovated in 2020, each apartment is individually decorated. We use sustainable products and work with local businesses. 🎯The house is located in the center of town, you can enjoy your vacation by public transport or bike – all year round! 🚲 The space amenities: ✔ pantry kitchens with fridge, dishwasher, microwave with baking function ✔ new bathroom with walk-in shower ✔ historic beds with modern frames and hotel mattress ✔ bike garage with Ebike charging station 🥐 We cooperate with a lovely local breakfast service where you can order the day before via QR code and it will be delivered to your room door by 8 a.m. (for 2 people approx. 20 euros). There are also several very good breakfast options within a 2-5 minute walk. ♻️We are a certified Green Hotel and cooperate with local businesses for a positive environmental impact. 🚶‍♂️This apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator). 🧳 You are welcome to store your luggage in our common room (lounge) in case of early arrival or late departure. Guest access You have the apartment all to yourself. In addition, you have access to: ✔ our common room (the salon) ✔ the common area balcony on the 1st floor ✔ the garden ✔ our bike garage. Other things to note 🚌 The stop for bus 150 is right in front of our villa (2 stops from Bad Ischl train station, to Bad Ischl Seifensiedergasse/Salzburgerstrasse). 🚂 Alternatively, the train station is just a lovely 10 minutes walk across town. We recommend using Google Maps as it has all public transport info included for our area. 🚗 The public parking lot is only 3-5 min by foot (the one at Bauerpark is free). Due to local regulations, we are required to collect the name, age, and address of all guests for city registration. The easiest way is to register online in advance – we’ll send you a secure link before your stay. Alternatively, you can complete the registration at check-in.
