Bonus room can be closed off w/ french doors w/a full-size convertible sleeper. About a mile to beach, 5 minutes to West and East Cliff surf spots, easy walk to downtown. High ceilings, comfortable seating, gas fireplace, projector w/Apple TV, blue tooth speakers, art, piano, games, fully stocked kitchen and bath. The two bedrooms have garden views, huge windows with screens, comfy beds, down comforters, closets. Stone patio with built in fire pit. Outdoor bathhouse with huge claw foot tub. Barbecue and dining area with huge table (probably could seat 20). Hot tub. Garden path. Large veggie and herb garden in raised beds. Landscaped for privacy. Abundant fruit trees and flowers. Huge front porch with comfy sofa and chairs. The entire house is yours to enjoy while visiting. There is an unattached room behind the house that we also Airbnb. The apartment guest have their own patio, which is partitioned with a fence. There is an outdoor shower for the apartment guests so please give them privacy by not entering the patio. The laundry area is in a breezeway off of the kitchen. This is the only shared space (only with me or cleaner). You can lock the interior door between kitchen and laundry area I respect our guests privacy. I am always available to answer questions and help with any guests needs. I keep a small studio behind the house and you may see me coming and going and working on the garden. We are in the Banana Belt neighborhood which sits on a hill just above downtown (an easy 10 minute walk). There are several shops, groceries, restaurants, bars a bakery and a brewery all is easy walking distance on Soquel Avenue. Our neighbors are friendly and most of them have lived on this block for decades. There is free easy parking on our street. We cannot have large or loud parties on this property. I ask that you keep to a maximum of six people staying in the house, 8 to 10 people attending a small gathering or dinner and 3 to 4 cars on the street. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
