You will receive a message upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our House Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. 6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. 7.
