This is a one bedroom apartment just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, the Champs de Mars Park and the legendary Rue Cler pedestrian street made famous by its fresh food shops and Bistros. You are also closed to the Invalides Museum (where Napoleon I is buried), the Quai Branly Museum for indigenous art . This is a high value residential district that is home to many diplomats, French government administrators, and academics from the nearby American University. It has easy access to transportation with the Ecole Militaire metro station, with Pont de l'Alma RER station ( direct to Versailles) and bus lines 69, 80, 28, and 920. The Seine river bank is also around the corner. The apartment which is on the top sixth level ( seventh american ) of a XIX century building with elevator ( there are still 15 steps to climb between ground floor and the apartment ) consists of a living room which provides a nice view of the Eiffel tower, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed, a walk in closet, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washer and drier. The bedroom which is on the back is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open. The apartment is fully air conditionned. The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV . The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels. The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than or around five minutes) to eiffel tower, museum du quai branly, invalides, rodin museum . It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the Tuileries garden , Louvre, Champs Elysees. Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.
