Beautiful attic located in an old house, two centuries old, fully restored, just 10 minutes from Cáceres, a World Heritage City. Located in the center of the town. It has two bedrooms with double beds and a large sofa bed (for two people, 1.44 wide) in the main room, kitchen, living-dining room (with sofa bed), bathroom and large terrace. Other things to note 1. Arrivals before and after the established time carry a surcharge of 20 euros. But if you checked in online, arriving after hours will be free of charge. 2. The apartment offers the possibility of checking in online. It is a very convenient option for our guests as it allows them to access the apartment after hours at no cost and organize their trip without rushing. 3. All requests to arrive before the scheduled time are subject to confirmation by the establishment. It's not always possible. This type of request can only be accepted if the apartment has not been occupied the night before and the client has not rushed the check-out time because the cleaning is carried out from 12 to 3 pm. 4. Check-outs after 12:00 PM are subject to a surcharge and are subject to availability and prior authorization. 5. The apartment staff is flexible, as long as it is possible and the guests do not exceed the check-in and check-out times. 6. Guests are provided with a contact number upon arrival in case an emergency arises during their stay or they need anything. We will try to resolve any request as soon as possible. 7.
