Villa Wunderlich Small apartment in the countryside

We offer you a modern, 40 sqm apartment on our listed farm with a bedroom, a built-in loft bed for 1-2 (smaller) children, a private small terrace and a great view of the nature reserve. The space The apartment is 40 sqm and has an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a 42"TV. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own small terrace. Sleeping facilities: A "master bedroom" with double bed as well as a "robber cave" above the bedroom: a kind of permanently installed loft bed, a bed alcove (with correspondingly very low ceiling height) with access via stairs. The floor area of the lying area and is 1.20 m x 1.80 m, there is a large mattress in it. There, one or two (smaller) children can sleep. Guest access Outside, the garden furniture and the grill can be used. Furthermore there is one for all open space with a large table. Here you can meet or get suggestions for the vacation on the shelf with the excursion literature. Other things to note What's important to us: We worked almost exclusively with natural building materials. The electricity we use comes from our own solar system during the day, from the Schönau (EWS) electricity works at night. Our sewage is cleaned by a plant septic system that we run together with our neighbors.
