We offer you a modern, 40 sqm apartment on a historical farm with one bedroom, a built-in bunk bed for 1-2 (smaller) children, a shower room and a private small terrace including garden furniture. In the open-plan living area with a sofa, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a large refrigerator and 3 freezer compartments, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a swimming lake 2 km away. The space The apartment is 40 sqm and has an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a 42" TV. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own small terrace with garden furniture and a large parasol. Sleeping possibilities: A "master bedroom" with double bed as well as a "robber cave" above the bedroom: a kind of fixed loft bed, a bed niche (with correspondingly very low ceiling height) with access via stairs. The floor area corresponds to the lying area and measures 1.20 m x 1.80 m; there is a large mattress inside. One or two (smaller) children can sleep there. Guest access Outside, the garden furniture and the grill can be used. In addition, there is an open space for all with a large table. Other things to note What is important to us: We have worked almost exclusively with natural building materials. The electricity we consume comes from our own solar system during the day, and from the Schönau power plants (EWS) at night. Our wastewater is cleaned by a plant sewage treatment plant that we operate together with our neighbors.
