Villa Wunderlich Small apartment in the countryside

We offer you a modern, 40 sqm apartment on our listed farm with one bedroom, a built-in bunk bed for 1-2 (smaller) children, shower room, a private small terrace and a great view of the nature reserve. The space The apartment is 40 square meters and has an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a 42" TV. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own small terrace. Sleeping options: A "parent's bedroom" with a double bed and a "robber's cave" above the bedroom: a kind of built-in bunk bed, a bed alcove (with a correspondingly very low ceiling height) with access via stairs. The floor space corresponds to the lying area and is 1.20 m x 1.80 m. There is a large mattress in it. One or two (smaller) children can sleep there. Guest access Outside, the garden furniture and the grill can be used. In addition, there is an open space for all with a large table. Here you can meet or get suggestions for your vacation from the shelf with the excursion literature. Other things to note What is important to us: We have worked almost exclusively with natural building materials. The electricity we consume comes from our own solar system during the day, and from the Schönau power plants (EWS) at night. Our wastewater is cleaned by a plant sewage treatment plant that we operate together with our neighbors.
